To and From the Airports

As New Yorkers working in tourism, we recommend to use app-based services such as Uber or Lift. These apps offer you a wide range of prices depending on what type of ride you need, luxury car, Van, SUV, or how soon you need the service, your ride can cost less if you can take a later ride. And most importantly, tips are optional.

The lines for yellow taxis at the airport are long and unscrupulous drivers will charge tourists very high prices. Advice : DON’T ACCEPT RIDES FROM DRIVERS THATT APPROACH YOU AT THE AIRPORT. They usually charge you astronomical fares.

Although tiring and frustrating, you can get to and from the airport using public transportation. Our Transit Authority is very unreliable, with frequent service disruptions but is the most economical way to get around town.
